Frequently Asked Questions
Are Starter, Standard and Business different products?
No. Every account gets the same dashboard, API, bulk tools, and support. Those names only describe volume bands — the more SMS you send in a month, the lower your per-message rate.
How does the prepaid wallet work?
You deposit GHS into your wallet via Mobile Money or card. Each SMS deducts the rate for that destination country and your current volume band. You can only send as much as your balance allows.
Why do rates differ by country?
Each destination uses different carrier and route costs. Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, other African markets, and international destinations each have their own pricing bands.
What happens to undelivered messages?
If delivery fails after the provider accepted your message, your wallet is refunded automatically. Track live status (Submitted, Sent, Delivered) in Message History.
Can I use the API?
Yes — API access is included on every account at no extra fee.
