How volume rates, wallet billing, and delivery work on Aion Messaging.

Yes. Your per-SMS rate for a destination comes from pricing bands (for example under 1,000, 1,000–9,999, and 10,000+ messages). We count SMS you successfully send in the current calendar month and apply the matching band.

No. Every account has the same dashboard, API, bulk tools, and support. Lower rates unlock automatically when your monthly send volume reaches the next band.

Your dashboard wallet follows the country you register with. Public pages also show rates in a currency matched to your location when possible.

Top up your wallet from the dashboard with Mobile Money or card. You can only send while your balance covers the quoted cost. Unused balance stays for future messages and add-ons.

Each destination uses different carrier and route costs. Local and international destinations each have their own volume bands.

If the provider does not accept the message or delivery fails in a way that qualifies for a refund, credit is returned to your wallet. Track status in Message History.
